Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Guidacle subscription at any time, for any reason. Cancellation does not require you to email support or jump through hoops.
1. How to cancel
Sign in, open the menu in the top-right, and tap Manage plan. From the Pricing screen, tap Manage subscription — this opens a portal hosted by Paddle.com Inc. (our Merchant of Record) where you can cancel the subscription in two clicks.
2. What happens next
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep AI access until then, and no further charges are made. The app will continue to work after that on the free tier (Walk and Talk with plain Wikipedia narration, saved routes still playable).
3. Cancelling during the free trial
You can cancel during the free trial without ever being charged. The trial expires automatically — you do not need to take any action to avoid a charge. Once the trial ends without a subscription, your account drops to the free tier.
4. Refunds
Cancellation is separate from a refund — it stops future charges but does not refund a past one. See our Refund Policy for when refunds apply.
5. Account deletion
Cancelling stops your subscription but keeps your account and saved routes. If you want your account and data permanently deleted, sign in and visit Manage plan → Delete account, or email support@guidacle.com from the address on your account.
6. Need help?
If the cancellation flow ever fails or you can't find the button, email support@guidacle.com and we will cancel for you and follow up with a written confirmation.
