Refund Policy

Guidacle subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle according to the terms in Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern any refund request.
1. Free trial
The AI plan starts with a free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged — see our Cancellation Policy.
2. Statutory withdrawal rights
If you are based in the EU, EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with consumer-protection laws, your statutory withdrawal rights apply as set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@guidacle.com from the address on your account, including the date of the charge. We will pass the request to Paddle for processing under their Buyer Terms.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
